1. WELCOME “GRANTS PASS MEETS” to SOCCC

1. SOCCC Member list has been confirmed and will be emailed out soon. Please Please Please, don’t share our personal information with anyone. We are keeping our contact list between us SOCCC members only.

1. Sept 14  Brews, Blues, & BBQs at Tom pierce park in Grants Pass 1PM-7PM

   1. Cam kings needs cars to show. PLEAESE contact Dave if you/your club is planning on showing any cars.

      1. They would love at least 4-5 cars from each club

   2. There is no charge to show BUT county park charges $5 entry fee to the Park

   3. BBQ & Brew tickets will be $25 (or come just to enjoy the music)

      1. SOCCC members who brings a car to show will get a large discount on food/drink tickets. $5 for food $ for drinks (5/5/5 park entry/food/drinks)

   4. Bill will be the announcer & All proceeds go to animal shelter

1. Cam Kings will be at the races! Sat Sept 23rd – Medford Speedway

   1. Cam loser will have to wear a dress to the SOCCC BBQ

1. Sept 28th  All car club BBQ in Grants pass at the Groves’ Ranch (location and direction will be sent out closer to the date)

   1. Potluck at start at 11AM

   2. 541 Outlaws will be the bbq chefs

   3. Bring own meats to have BBQ’d and a side dish to share
