WELCOME BACK SO CAR CLUB COUNCIL!!!!

1. WELCOME TO SOCCC:

Latin Rollers 541 Car Club (agreed to SOCCC but no club rep yet)

2. Ghost Tread Mafia graced us with their presence!

*Welcome to SOCCC. Hopefully the meeting was informative. If not, reach out to anyone of us

3. Rooster Crow Car Show NEEDS HELP

*Please ask your club if anyone would like to volunteer

*So far, they’re just needing help parking cars

*June 26th 2021

*Parking from 0700-0900

*Please let Rogue Valley Classic Cruisers know asap.

4. Friendship Meet!

*CASO has secured a date AUG 15th at Lost Creek Lake

*SOCCC Club Reps need to ask their club for volunteers for this Car Show.

*CASO wants to keep this show going, but as we talked about last meeting, they don’t have the man power.

*This will stay a free show

*CASO is asking for clubs to ask for sponsorships and donations for the event festivities

*Let Ken/CASO know asap with ANY information

*CASO & Better Car Shows will compile a list of items donated to SOCCC to continue this show

5. Fabulous 50’s week/ Back to the 50’s Car Show

*Event is still happening!

*They’re asking for Car Clubs to create their own (or one big) Car Cruise during this time

*They will help with any advertisements through the local shops near by if clubs want that

*Let Jim/Rogue Valley Classic Cruisers or Ashlee/SOCCC/SO Mopar know asap
