Minutes

1. WELCOME TO SOCCC:

   1. Rogue Mustang and Classic Fords

   2. Rogue Valley Corvette Club

   3. Rogue Valley's Ravishing Fords

   4. Stray Cats (Jacksonville)

   5. Southern Oregon Corvette Association (SOCA)

      1. And possibly

         1. Rogue Valley Old Timers Car Club (RVOTCC)

   6. Familia Unida is still on board with SOCCC

1. For Upcoming meetings

   1. Meeting Emails

      1. When the email goes out about the meeting date and time, please RSVP and include your name and car club.

      2. As you saw this meeting, we did not have enough print outs for those who came.

      3. We also need to know if you are inviting any other clubs. It’d be good to have them on the agenda and we need a head count.

   2. We should also wear name tags.

      1. Some clubs don’t have any so sticker name tags will be provided

   3. AND DON’T FORGET to bring any car event flyers to hand out to the other members. They can then hand them out at their own club meetings. We can also snap a picture and post it on the facebook site.

1. Upcoming Car Shows/ Events for 2020

   1. A list with upcoming car shows is being compiled and will be emailed out and posted on the website and facebook site.

   2. PLEASE email SOCCC or Facebook message Ashlee if you see any wrong information, need to add information or have any new information that’s not listed.

1. Medford Swap Meet is moving!

   1. It is moving to Roseburg (no longer will it be here in the Medford area)

   2. Date: September 26-27 2020

   3. Rich Wilson has more information if needed

1. Lava Lane wants to host a car show.

   1. Colt from SO Mopar will be working with them on this.

   2. No date has been chosen, they’re waiting to see what car show events are happening around the area first. Hoping for the end of July

   3. They have room for 100 cars

   4. Will have a beer garden and suppling food

   5. Local radio station will also be there

   3. Hopefully we can get an actual calendar looking page as well

   4. The color theme is also going to change to a better printable theme. So look out for the new look.

1. Join The Rogue Mustangs and Classic Fords club to a Crab Feed!

   1. They are cruising up to Bend Oregon together for a crab feed.

      1. After the feed, they’re going to continue to Charleston Marine Life Center, in Charleston Oregon for a tour

   2. They are inviting anyone to join. It’s open for ALL

   3. If you’d like more information about this you can reach out to Mela Forsythe from the Rogue Mustang and Classic Fords Club

      1. Ashlee Sanford has a flyer about the crab feed and the Marine Life Center she can send out to anyone interested.

      2. Mela will have any other information about their cruise

1. Next Meeting for SOCCC

   1. February 18th

   2. At Baci’s in Rogue River.

   3. Please only have 1-2 Representative(s) from your club, we are a growing council.
