1. What SOCCC is about

   1. To communicate and support other car shows/car clubs

   2. To help align car show dates so there isn’t overlapping show

   3. To reach out and help the community

   4. To bring in younger crowd to

1. SOCCC Member Position switch up

   1. Coordinator will now be Dan DeYoung (Back up/assistant: Ron Jones)

   2. Recruitment will still be Arleen Parker

   3. Communication will still be Ashlee Sanford

1. CamKings are building a new drag car and will be competing against the 541’s

   1. Is there anyone else from other clubs interested in the competition?

   2. No date was given for this yet

1. Event dates and information is needed for upcoming car shows

   1. Ashlee will be creating some calendars to upload to the SOCCC page and will email them out as well

   2. She needs Dates – Times – Event name- Who’s putting it on- AND a website to find the information

   3. Email or message her if you have any information

1. New SOCCC monthly Meeting day

   1. 3rd Tuesday of the month

   2. No official agreement about whether there’ll be any meetings during the winter months yet. Will discuss next meeting
