1. Welcome Dan DeYoung!

   1. He is now the SOCCC Coordinator (Back up/assistant: Ron Jones)

   2. Recruitment: Arleen Parker

   3. Communication: Ashlee Sanford

1. Reminder -What SOCCC is about

   1. To communicate and support other car shows/car clubs

   2. To help align car show dates so there isn’t overlapping show

   3. To reach out and help the community

   4. To bring in the younger crowd to this car culture

1. CamKings are building a new drag truck – F10 Pick up- 13 sec car

   1. Is there anyone else from other clubs interested in the competition?

   2. No date was given for this yet but will be published on the tracks website

1. Car Show Events

   1. We went over a handful of events for the upcoming year but will need more information sent out to Ashlee to try to add as many events as possible to the year’s calendar.

   2. She will update the calendar with the information received already  at the meeting

1. SOCCC came up with an idea to bring in the younger crowd

   1. Getting High School students involved in the car shows

      1. High school trophy

   2. Rich Wilson wants to have this exact trophy for the Medford Rod & Custom Show.

      1. He’s going to need to know if this peeks any high school students interest.

      2. PLEEEASSE help find out if there’s interest and let Rich know ASAP

1. SOCCC monthly Meeting day

   1. 3rd Tuesday of the month

   2. Starting in January 2020
